Save classifications while you work

Collect classification numbers and titles while searching so you can copy them together when you are finished.

Save a classification

The platform Clipboard temporarily collects classifications you want to keep while searching or browsing. Select Copy to clipboard beside a search result or hierarchy item. The Clipboard heading shows how many classifications you have saved.

Add notes

Use the Clipboard text area to add context about the classifications you saved.

Copy your saved classifications

Select Copy All, then paste the saved classifications and notes into your working document.

How it works

  1. Confirm the standard and edition.
  2. Save the classifications relevant to your task.
  3. Add short notes about why you selected them.
  4. Copy everything and verify it after pasting.
